Mowinckels is how Benjamin spends time with his friends, over a meal at his place or at theirs. Their friends come too, so everyone meets someone new and people get to know each other. It's a third space built around a table.

It's also the craft he enjoys most. He gets to work with his hands, follow his curiosity, and learn about the world through its food, from fresh ingredients to the dishes other cultures have perfected. The food is unpretentious, simple, and focused on tasting good, made for a nice evening with nice people.
